Based on the land use type distribution map of alar oasis in Xinjiang in 2011, field survey data from 2017 to 2019 and existing relevant literature, the data collection time is from September 7, 2017 to September 30, 2019. The data geographic coordinate is WGS84 and the spatial resolution is 10m, which is stored in SHP format. This data set can not only provide basic data for the rational utilization of water and soil resources and the improvement of degraded soil in Alar oasis, Xinjiang, but also provide information support for an in-depth understanding of the evolution process of oasis soil fertility in arid area.
