Lianziya dangerous rock collapse mass is located in group 1 of Lianziya village, Quyuan Town, Zigui County, on the South Bank of the Yangtze River. It is 26km away from the Three Gorges Dam. It faces the Xintan Landslide across the river, and it is closely linked to the exit of Baojian gorge in BINGSHU County, forming a famous throat on the Yangtze River waterway.
