%X This data set is the data of alpine environment monitoring system of Glacier No.1 at the source of Urumqi River from 2003 to 2006. The temperature, humidity, air pressure, soil moisture, water tension, CO2 content, precipitation wind speed, wind direction and radiation data were systematically observed and recorded. Tianshan No.1 glacier is a two branch ice bucket valley glacier, with a length of 2.2 km, an average width of 500 m, an area of 1.828 square kilometers, a maximum thickness of 140 meters, a maximum altitude of 4476 meters, an average annual velocity of about 5 meters, an altitude of 3734 meters at the end of the ice tongue, and an average snow line height of 4055 meters.
