AB  - This data set contains the overall planning and recent construction planning data of county-level Yellow River Basin Economic Development Zones in some provinces and cities from 2015 to 2019. In order to standardize the development and utilization activities of the basin, control the development intensity and provide basis for the implementation of comprehensive management of the whole basin, the plan focuses on determining the flood control (ice prevention) standard, fortification flow, ice prevention storage capacity, flat beach flow, surface water consumption, surface water consumption, underground water exploitation, water consumption for 10000 yuan industrial added value, irrigation water utilization coefficient of large and medium-sized irrigation areas 14 control indicators, such as water quality target, COD inflow into the river, ammonia nitrogen inflow into the river, eco-environmental water consumption in the river and section discharge, are regarded as the insurmountable "red line" of economic and social development activities.
