The Great Wall Bay in Antarctica is located to the east of the Great Wall Station in Antarctica, China, with an area of approximately 0.5km2. The water depth in the bay varies greatly (20-80m), indicating significant changes in the seabed topography. The sediment characteristics vary significantly in different sedimentary areas. In addition, the bay is located in a high cold zone and has a completely different sedimentary environment from the mid latitude and low latitude sea areas.
