Four sets of performance test data for drilling tools were obtained using indoor testing methods in Qianjiang and Wuhan, Hubei from 2017 to 2019. The collection includes indoor performance testing data of drill bits and drilling tools, including various elements such as drilling pressure, torque, speed, time, footage, drilling speed, maximum drilling pressure, etc. The performance test results show that the working life of the screw drill is greater than 150 hours, and the working life of the turbodrill is greater than 260 hours.
This dataset is generated from indoor experiments. The data collection locations are Qianjiang City in Hubei Province and the laboratory of Sinopec Jiangzuan Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. in Wuhan City. The instruments used for data collection include a 600KN drill bit test bench and a screw machine test bench.
The data collection instruments and equipment are all developed in accordance with calibration standards, monitoring/testing standards, user manuals, and other operational guidelines.
