This data set collects the monthly rainfall and average temperature of the nearest meteorological stations from Hailar, Ulan aodu, Duolun, Ordos, Ulat Houqi, Yanchi and Shapotou, and calculates the annual average temperature, annual precipitation, temperature (seasonality), precipitation (seasonality), annual potential evaporation and drought index.
This data set comes from China Meteorological data network（ http://www.worldclim.org ）。
Annual average temperature: add up the average temperature of each month of the year and divide by 12.
Annual precipitation: add up the average precipitation of each month of the year and divide by 12.
Temperature (seasonal): the average temperature of four quarters of a year is added together and divided by 4.
Precipitation (seasonal): the average precipitation in four quarters of a year is added together and divided by 4.
Annual potential evaporation: the amount of water evaporated / transpiration into the air from the underlying surface of sufficient water supply (i.e. fully wet surface or open water body), referred to as pet.
Drought index: the ratio of multi-year average pet to multi-year average precipitation P / pet is the drought index, which is used to characterize the drought degree of regional climate.
Only the allowable value range is checked for real-time data, and gross errors are eliminated.
