This data set mainly covers the industrial water consumption of Golmud basin in 2000, 2009, 2014 and 2019, including 6 aspects: total water resources, surface water resources, groundwater resources, total surface water consumption, total groundwater consumption and total water consumption, including agricultural irrigation, urban greening, salt lake industry and residents' life; Groundwater includes industrial production and urban greening.

The following two methods are used to obtain the data by using the prediction model:
(1) Average value method, that is, to obtain the average value of historical observation data;
(2) The historical reappearance method means that all kinds of situations that have occurred in history will appear in the future.
The data set is of good quality.
